The M series air compressors feature a cast iron compressor pump that is splash lubricated and includes a stainless-steel braided discharge hose, a large cartridge intake filter, and an oil level sight indicator. They are powered by an industrial low RPM motor with magnetic start for thermal overload protection. The frame consists of a powder-coated ASME receiver tank, a 3/16 inch base plate to reduce vibration, a powder-coated two-piece belt guard, and a removable base plate for flexible installation. Included components are ASME safety valves, a tank pressure gauge, an hour meter, a large fly wheel, an intake filter/silencer, a tank shut-off valve, and a start/stop control set within a 145 to 175 psi range. The compressors are certified to the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code and come with a limited one-year warranty on the electric motor.
