The powerful 80 gallon air compressor is designed with productivity and efficiency in mind, suitable for workshops, service bays, and more. It features a cast iron compressor pump that is splash lubricated, equipped with a stainless-steel braided discharge hose, a large cartridge intake filter, and an oil level sight indicator. The industrial low RPM motor includes a magnetic start for thermal overload protection. The frame consists of a powder coated ASME receiver tank with a 3/16 inch base plate to reduce vibration, a powder coated two-piece belt guard, and a removable base plate for flexible installation. Key components include ASME safety valves, a tank pressure gauge, an hour meter, a large flywheel, an intake filter/silencer, a tank shut-off valve, and a start/stop control set to operate between 145 and 175 psi. The compressor is certified under the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code and comes with a limited one-year warranty on the electric motor.
