These powerful 120-gallon air compressors feature a cast iron compressor pump with splash lubrication, a stainless-steel braided discharge hose, a large canister intake filter, and an oil level sight indicator. The motor is an industrial low RPM motor with magnetic start for thermal overload protection. The frame includes a powder coated ASME receiver tank, a 3/16-inch base plate to reduce vibration, a powder coated two-piece belt guard, and a removable base plate for flexible installation. Key components consist of ASME safety valves, a tank pressure gauge, an hour meter, a large flywheel, an intake filter/silencer, a tank shut-off valve, and a three-position switch allowing Compressor 1 (lead motor pump), automatic alternating, and Compressor 2 (lead motor pump) operation, with start/stop control set between 110 to 140 PSI and 145 to 175 PSI. The unit carries ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code certification and includes a limited one-year warranty on the electric motor.
