The M series air compressors feature a cast iron compressor pump that is splash lubricated and equipped with a stainless-steel braided discharge hose, a large cartridge intake filter, and an oil level sight indicator. The motor is an industrial low RPM motor with a magnetic start for thermal overload protection. The frame includes a powder-coated ASME receiver tank, a 3/16 inch base plate to reduce vibration, a powder-coated two-piece belt guard, and a removable base plate for flexible installation. Key components include ASME safety valves, a tank pressure gauge, an hour meter, a large flywheel, an intake filter/silencer, a tank shut-off valve, and a start/stop control set to operate between 145 to 175 psi. The unit carries a one-year limited warranty on the electric motor and is certified to the ASME boiler and pressure vessel code.
