The compressor pump is made of cast iron, splash lubricated, and includes a stainless-steel braided discharge hose, a large canister intake filter, and an oil level sight indicator. The frame consists of powder-coated twin tank receivers and a 3/16-inch base plate to reduce vibration, along with a powder-coated two-piece belt guard and 10-inch flat-free tires. Key components include a regulator and two gauges for tank and outlet pressure, manual drain valves for proper maintenance, a 12-inch flywheel, a quality pilot valve unloader, and a start/stop control set at 95 to 125 PSI.
