The AGW series combines an air compressor, generator, and welder into one setup for efficient multitasking. It features a 408cc Vanguard OHV engine and a cast iron compressor pump that is splash lubricated, with a stainless-steel braided discharge hose, a large canister intake filter, and an oil level sight indicator. The generator includes a brush-type 2 pole 120V/240V alternator with total harmonic distortion (THD) less than 6% and 100% copper windings. The welder has an amperage selection switch allowing 170A or 220A maximum. The frame consists of a powder-coated ASME receiver tank, a powder-coated two-piece belt guard, and a removable base plate for flexible installation. Components include a regulator and two gauges for tank and outlet pressure, a manual drain valve for proper maintenance, and a 16-1/2 inch flywheel. In generator mode, it provides AC current only with a selector switch set to idle down or full throttle, while in welder mode it provides DC current only, requiring the engine to run at full throttle with the selector switch set accordingly. This product carries a 3-year engine limited warranty and is certified under the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code and UM.
