The AGW series combines an air compressor, generator, and welder into one setup for efficient multitasking. It features a 420cc MI-T-M OHV engine driving a cast iron compressor pump that is splash lubricated, equipped with a stainless-steel braided discharge hose, a large canister intake filter, and an oil level sight indicator. The generator includes a brush-type 2 pole 120V/240V alternator with total harmonic distortion (THD) less than 6% and 100% copper windings. The welder offers an amperage selection switch for 170A or 220A maximum output. The frame consists of a powder-coated ASME receiver tank, a powder-coated two-piece belt guard, and a removable base plate for flexible installation. Components include a regulator and two gauges to monitor tank and outlet pressure, a manual drain valve for proper maintenance, and a 16-1/2 inch flywheel. In generator mode, the unit provides AC current only with the selector switch set to idle down or full throttle, while in welder mode, it supplies DC current only, requiring the engine to run at full throttle and the selector switch set accordingly. The product is certified to the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code and UM standards and comes with a three-year engine limited warranty.
