The M Series air compressors feature a cast iron compressor pump that is splash lubricated and equipped with a stainless-steel braided discharge hose, a large cartridge intake filter, and an oil level sight indicator. The industrial low RPM motor includes a magnetic start for thermal overload protection. The frame consists of a powder-coated ASME receiver tank with a 3/16 inch base plate to reduce vibration, a powder-coated two-piece belt guard, and a removable base plate for flexible installation. Additional components include ASME safety valves, a tank pressure gauge, an hour meter, a large flywheel, an intake filter/silencer, a tank shut-off valve, and a start/stop control set at 145 to 175 psi. The unit is certified to the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code and carries a limited warranty of 1 year on the electric motor.
