The 30-gallon diesel air compressor and generator unit combines a cast iron, splash-lubricated compressor pump with a stainless-steel braided discharge hose, a large canister intake filter, and an oil level sight indicator. The generator features a brushless alternator with total harmonic distortion (THD) less than 6%, 100% copper windings, and includes two NEMA 5-20R 120V, 20A receptacles and one NEMA L6-20R 240V, 20A receptacle. The engine is a 9.1 HP Kohler KD440 OHV with electric start, glow plug for easy cold starts, while battery, box, and cables are not included. The unit’s frame is powder coated with an ASME receiver tank, includes a 3/16 inch base plate to reduce vibration, a powder coated two-piece belt guard, and a removable base plate for flexible installation. Components include a regulator and two gauges for tank and outlet pressure, a manual drain valve for maintenance, a 16-1/2 inch flywheel, and a quality pilot valve unloader. The product is certified to the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code and UM standards and comes with a limited 3-year engine warranty.
