The M series air compressors feature a cast iron compressor pump that is splash lubricated and equipped with a stainless-steel braided discharge hose, a large cartridge intake filter, and an oil level sight indicator. The industrial low RPM motor includes a magnetic start for thermal overload protection. The frame consists of a powder coated ASME receiver tank and a 3/16 inch base plate designed to reduce vibration, along with a powder coated two-piece belt guard and a removable base plate for flexible installation. Key components include ASME safety valves, a tank pressure gauge, hour meter, large flywheel, intake filter/silencer, tank shut-off valve, and a start/stop control set to operate between 145 to 175 psi. This air compressor is certified to the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code and comes with a limited 1-year warranty on the electric motor.
