The M series air compressors feature a cast iron, splash-lubricated compressor pump with a stainless-steel braided discharge hose, a large cartridge intake filter, and an oil level sight indicator. The motor is an industrial low RPM type with magnetic start for thermal overload protection. The frame consists of a powder-coated ASME receiver tank, a 3/16 inch base plate to reduce vibration, a powder-coated two-piece belt guard, and a removable base plate that offers flexible installation. Key components include ASME safety valves, a tank pressure gauge, an hour meter, a large flywheel, an intake filter/silencer, a tank shut-off valve, and a start/stop control set to operate between 145 to 175 psi. The product comes with a limited warranty of 1 year on the electric motor and is certified to the ASME boiler and pressure vessel code.
