The powerful 120 gallon air compressors are designed with productivity and efficiency in mind, suitable for workshops, service bays, and similar environments. The compressor features a cast iron pump that is splash lubricated, equipped with a stainless-steel braided discharge hose, a large cartridge intake filter, and an oil level sight indicator. It is powered by an industrial low RPM motor with magnetic start for thermal overload protection. The frame includes a powder coated ASME receiver tank, a 3/16 inch base plate to reduce vibration, a powder coated two-piece belt guard, and a removable base plate for flexible installation. Key components consist of ASME safety valves, a tank pressure gauge, an hour meter, a large flywheel, an intake filter/silencer, a tank shut-off valve, and a start/stop control set at 145 to 175 PSI. The compressor is certified under the ASME boiler and pressure vessel code and includes a limited warranty of 1 year on the electric motor.
