The powerful 80 gallon air compressors are designed with productivity and efficiency in mind, suitable for workshops, service bays, and more. The compressor pump features a cast iron construction, splash lubrication, a stainless-steel braided discharge hose, a large cartridge intake filter, and an oil level sight indicator. It is equipped with an industrial low RPM motor that includes a magnetic start for thermal overload protection. The frame consists of a powder coated ASME receiver tank mounted on a 3/16 inch base plate to reduce vibration, a powder coated two-piece belt guard, and a removable base plate for flexible installation. Additional components include ASME safety valves, a tank pressure gauge, an hour meter, a large fly wheel, an intake filter/silencer, a tank shut-off valve, and a start/stop control set at 145 to 175 psi. The unit carries ASME boiler and pressure vessel code certification and comes with a limited 1 year warranty on the electric motor.
