The M Series air compressors feature a cast iron compressor pump that is splash lubricated and includes a stainless-steel braided discharge hose, a large cartridge intake filter, and an oil level sight indicator. The motor is an industrial low RPM type with magnetic start for thermal overload protection. The frame consists of a powder coated ASME receiver tank, a 3/16 inch base plate designed to reduce vibration, and a powder coated two-piece belt guard. The removable base plate allows flexible installation. Key components include ASME safety valves, a tank pressure gauge, an hour meter, a large flywheel, an intake filter/silencer, a tank shut-off valve, and a start/stop control set to operate between 145 and 175 psi. The unit is certified to the ASME boiler and pressure vessel code and carries a limited warranty of one year on the electric motor.
