The M series air compressors feature a cast iron compressor pump that is splash lubricated and equipped with a stainless-steel braided discharge hose, a large cartridge intake filter, and an oil level sight indicator. The compressor is powered by an industrial low RPM motor with magnetic start for thermal overload protection. The frame includes a powder coated ASME receiver tank, a 3/16 inch base plate designed to reduce vibration, a powder coated two-piece belt guard, and a removable base plate for flexible installation. Key components comprise ASME safety valves, a tank pressure gauge, an hour meter, a large flywheel, an intake filter/silencer, a tank shut-off valve, and a start/stop control set between 145 to 175 psi. The unit is certified under the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code and includes a limited warranty covering the electric motor for one year.
