The kit includes a manually adjustable cargo bar operated by a ratchet, featuring a one-piece design constructed from durable and lightweight square tubing. The galvanized steel hoops provide additional upper and lower levels of security beyond the horizontal support of the cargo bar itself. The bar measures 119 inches in length, 3-3/4 inches in width, and 24-1/2 inches in height including the hoops. The articulating square steel end plate is rubber padded to ensure gripping action, and assembly is required with hardware included.
