Ideal for the culturing of non-adherent cells, the Incu-Shaker CO2 Mini combines a precision CO2 incubation chamber with an integral orbital shaker, providing optimal conditions for suspension cell culture. It features a unique and proprietary heat distribution technology that ensures temperature accuracy with minimal fluctuation within 0.1°C. The six-sided heating system, combined with a low-speed internal fan, uniformly spreads air throughout the stainless steel chamber without air exchange from the external environment, and the internal fan can be disabled for gravity convection applications to reduce sample contamination. The beltless motor drive offers a consistent horizontally circular shaking motion with a 19mm orbit. The included platform measures 9-1/2 x 11-1/2 inches and supports low-speed shaking of various laboratory vessels such as Erlenmeyer flasks, culture plates, and media bottles. For high-speed mixing, a patented Magic Clamp platform is available that provides magnetic attachment for flask clamps and tube racks. Precise CO2 monitoring is achieved with a dual beam IR sensor.
