It utilizes a 20V Max battery pack (DCB204) which provides on average 183 cuts of 2x4 pine or 275 cuts of 3-1/4 in. pine baseboard, and features an integrated Cut Line cross-cut positioning system for adjustment-free cut line indication, enhancing accuracy and visibility. The saw has the capacity to cut 3-5/8 in. nested crown and 3-1/2 in. base vertically, along with a 5-1/2 in. 45-degree bevel cut. It incorporates an adjustable stainless steel miter detent plate with 11 positive stops to improve productivity and ensure cutting accuracy, and the oversized bevel scale allows for precise bevel angle adjustments. Weighing 31.6 lbs., its compact, lightweight design allows for easy transport and storage. A cam lock miter handle provides quick and accurate miter angles, while the precise miter system and machined base fence support optimize durability and cutting accuracy.
