The Ultra-Spill King® four-drum spill containment pallet combines spill containment with material handling by featuring a removable top deck and a bottom sump, both 4-way forkliftable, allowing the top pallet to be moved independently while the sump remains in place. The kit includes an 85-gallon containment sump and a top grate deck designed for safe drum handling and storage. Constructed from rugged linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), the pallet supports a static load capacity of 6,500 pounds. The system allows placement of Spill King basins in strategic areas for drum rotation and replacement using forklift access from all four sides. It supports safe double-stacking of drums to optimize floor space, with the restriction that only 55-gallon steel drums of equal height may be stacked on the lower level, while polyethylene drums can only be positioned on the upper level. The product carries warranty terms that ensure reliable performance.
