The Ultra-Modular IBC Spill Pallet® is designed to meet EPA regulations with low-cost spill containment for multiple IBC tanks, totes, or tanks while optimizing space and cost. Each IBC tank sits on a heavy-duty spill pallet with a uniform distributed load (UDL) capacity of 9,000 lbs. The low-profile spill pallets have a containment capacity of 75 gallons and measure 62" x 62" x 8.75". Multiple modular spill pallets can be connected together using two 1.25-inch diameter "flow-through" bulkhead fittings per connection, allowing spills to be channeled throughout the containment system and enabling containment capacity to be shared among adjacent spill pallets and expansion tanks. A 65-gallon capacity expansion tank is available to increase containment capacity. The spill pallets and expansion tanks are constructed of 100% polyethylene, which eliminates the potential for rust and corrosion and offers excellent chemical resistance to a broad range of substances including acids, solvents, and oils.
