The Ultra-Modular IBC Spill Pallet® is designed to meet EPA regulations by providing low-cost spill containment for multiple IBC tanks, totes, or tanks in a compact space. Each IBC tank sits on a heavy-duty spill pallet with a uniform distributed load (UDL) capacity of 9,000 lbs. Each low-profile spill pallet has a containment capacity of 75 gallons and measures 62" x 62" x 8.75". Multiple spill pallets can be connected together using two 1.25-inch diameter flow-through bulkhead fittings per connection, allowing spills to be channeled throughout the containment system and sharing containment capacity among adjacent pallets and expansion tanks. To increase containment capacity, a 65-gallon expansion tank is available, which also connects via the same bulkhead fittings. The pallets are constructed of 100% polyethylene, which eliminates the risk of rust and corrosion and provides excellent chemical resistance to a broad range of substances including acids, solvents, and oils.
