Set up a meeting room quickly with Kobe Flip Top tables, featuring a quick-release lever that allows the entire 48" x 30" tabletop to flip down and nest together for easy storage. The table has a 1-inch thick thermal fused melamine laminate tabletop finished with a black T-mold edge band and is double-sided with a maple finish on one side and cherry on the other. The base is constructed of black tubular steel and includes locking casters for mobility. Self-tapping wood screws and a placement template are provided for installation. The laminates are scratch, stain, and scald resistant and wipe clean easily, and the table has rounded corners for safety. This set includes the Flip Top table along with two Cadence nesting chairs, which feature a breathable mesh back, flip-up seat for nesting, a silver base with four casters for mobility, and a black fabric upholstered seat. Regency® chairs carry a 5-year limited manufacturer's warranty on chair bases and frames and a 2-year limited warranty on chair mechanisms and upholstery, while Kobe tables are backed by a 10-year limited manufacturer's warranty.
