The kit features a graduation of 0.0001" and a reinforced frame construction designed for stability against impact and temperature. It includes precision lapped carbide measuring faces and a painted steel frame with a heat shield. Additional features consist of a ratchet thimble, spindle lock, and standards included in sets of 1 - 2" and larger. The accuracy of the instruments is 0.0002" and the entire set is supplied in a protective set case.
