The caliper kit includes a measuring range of 0 to 3 inches (75 mm) with an accuracy of ±0.001 inches (0.02 mm) and a resolution of 0.0005 inches (0.01 mm or 1/64 inch). It features a repeatability of 0.001 inches (0.01 mm), an easy-to-read LCD display, and buttons for on/off, ABS, and zero functions. The jaw depth measures 3.5 inches and the measuring faces are carbide tipped for durability. The device is powered by a 3V CR2032 battery, which is included, and is supplied in a protective case.
