This vented log set by Hearth Sense recreates the look and feel of a real wood-burning hearth with logs molded from real wood, featuring deep bark texture and split accents for a realistic appearance. The U-burner chassis design produces multiple rows of flames, creating the most realistic flame patterns, while glowing embers enhance the warm, classical ambiance. The log set requires a fully functional chimney with an open flue when in use and provides 45,000 BTU's of heat. The highly detailed, hand-painted logs are made from superior refractory ceramics to ensure a long lifespan. It operates on natural gas and includes match light manual ignition. A propane gas conversion kit is sold separately, model NVDWA2, and the flue must remain open at all times when the set is in use.
