The New Age Industrial 53757 Heavy Duty aluminum "Scrap and Stack" mobile clean-up cart is constructed from all-welded aluminum for durability and efficiency, supporting a 300 lb. weight capacity. It includes a 12" x 12" cutout waste chute with a removable, easy-to-clean waste receptacle for quick scrap disposal. The top-mounted pan rail holds two rows of stacked standard full-size steam table pans measuring 12" x 20", while angle slides mounted below accommodate stacked standard full-size sheet pans sized 26" x 18", allowing simultaneous collection of serving and prep pans. Additionally, there is a removable receptacle designed for soiled spatulas, spoons, spoodles, and other serving utensils to maintain organization. Mobility and secure positioning are provided by four 5" plate-type platform swivel casters, two of which have brakes.
