The AGE Industrial 54239 heavy duty aluminum double "Dish Zone" mobile bussing station is designed for efficient dish collection and waste management in commercial kitchens, dining halls, and banquet facilities. It features a durable welded aluminum frame with a stainless steel worktop at a 39-inch work height. The station has a 3-sided enclosure with two separate cutout waste chutes for easy disposal. Storage includes a slanted T-bar aluminum upper shelf and three solid aluminum shelves spaced 13 inches apart, capable of holding three bus tubs measuring up to 20"D x 15"W x 7"H, two glass racks up to 19-3/4"W x 19-3/4"L, and two 23-gallon slim trash cans sized 11-1/16"D x 29-5/8"H x 20-1/8"W with a 16.875" bottom width or smaller.
