It includes three fold-down shelves for additional serving or prep space and two fold-up tray slides for self-service, all of which can be neatly stowed when not in use. The station features two solid top and two solid bottom shelves with open sides, designed with integrated cutouts to accept three full-size (18" x 26") poly food storage boxes (not included). Mobility and stability are ensured by six heavy-duty 6" x 2" TPR tread platform casters and two floor locks.
