This sealant offers superior elasticity and flexibility, allowing it to stretch up to 400% without cracking, making it ideal for sealing expansion joints and areas subject to movement. It adheres well to a variety of materials including wood, vinyl, aluminum, and masonry. The product is paintable and weather-resistant, designed to withstand harsh outdoor conditions once cured.
