Flex Seal® Liquid is a thick rubberized liquid that can be applied by brushing, rolling, dipping, or pouring. It penetrates cracks and holes to seal out air, water, and moisture, drying to form a watertight, flexible rubberized coating that is waterproof, weatherproof, mildew resistant, chemical resistant, and UV resistant. The liquid is suitable for concrete and asphalt repair, foundation repair, preventing rust and corrosion, stopping basement seepage, weatherizing and sealing out moisture, home and roof repair, RV and motorhome weatherizing and repair, pools and pool equipment, outdoor fountains, bird baths, and more. It can be used on a wide variety of materials including concrete, glass, brick, stucco, masonry, wood, copper, plastic, tile, fabrics, wires, vinyl, fiberglass, ceramic, porcelain, metal, aluminum, natural stones, foam, asphalt, EIFS, TPO, PVC, EPDM, CSPE, Hypalon, and polyurethanes.
