No matter what size your western blot is, there is a box that fits it perfectly, with sizes matched to common blot dimensions to maximize the number of blots on shakers or rockers while minimizing reagent and antibody usage. All corners are formed at 90° angles and the bottom surface is uniformly flat to reduce consumption of costly reagents and antibodies; for example, popular mini-gels require only about 4 ml. Many boxes are also available in light-blocking opaque black for light-sensitive samples. The kit includes boxes suitable for halves, wholes, strips, or minis, each featuring a hinged lid to minimize evaporation and designed with 4 compartments.
