Total-Pure™ centrifuge tubes are produced from a proprietary purified polypropylene blend certified to be free of trace metal content, with testing via ICP-MS confirming less than 1ppm of common trace metals including calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, manganese, copper, aluminum, silicon, nickel, vanadium, sodium, phosphorous, cobalt, chromium, potassium, lithium, lead, selenium, cadmium, mercury, and arsenic. These tubes are engineered to withstand a maximum centrifugation rate of 20,000xg, with this RCF specification printed directly on the 15ml tubes. They feature Hi-Viz™ graduations visible from any angle and a printed max-freeze line that indicates the maximum allowable frozen volume. The natural color caps provide a smooth seal that is easy to open and close with one hand while maintaining a 95kPa leak-proof seal. The tubes are available in resealable zip bags containing 25 tubes or individually wrapped, and are E-beam sterilized to a Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10⁻⁶.
