Conical centrifuge tubes are made of premium polypropylene for clarity and centrifugal strength, with tubes and caps capable of being frozen at temperatures as low as -86°C. The maximum centrifugal force is 12,000xg for the 15ml tubes. Caps feature a flat top surface for easy marking and labeling, and the Cat. No. C2605 includes a skirted bottom design that allows the tube to stand upright without a separate test tube rack. These tubes are suitable for liquids with a specific gravity of 1.0 when used with appropriate rotors, cushions, and adapters. They are sterile and free from RNase, DNase, pyrogens, and cytotoxins, available either racked or bagged, compatible with standard rotors, and have a frosted marking surface.
