The Optiwell™ line of deep well plates is compatible with all popular automated research platforms and robotic equipment, designed for bacterial cultures, centrifugation up to 4000xg max RCF, and general sample storage. These plates can be used with silicone sealing mats and various types of sealing film. Manufactured in a Class 100,000 cleanroom facility, the plates are ANSI/SLAS 1-2004 compliant and autoclavable, with several types also available presterilized by gamma irradiation in accordance with ISO 13485. All plates are certified RNase/DNase free and non-pyrogenic. The product line includes over 30 plate configurations featuring non-sterile, V-shaped (conical) wells with minimal binding and liquid retention. Plates have black printed alpha-numerics and are made from virgin, medical-grade polypropylene, suitable for use with Kingfisher and Accuris IsoPure instruments.
