The Optiwell™ sealing mats are produced from high-quality, chemically resistant silicone and are designed to provide an airtight and liquid-tight seal. The material resists tearing and wear, minimizing the potential for particulate debris. They are compatible with temperatures ranging from -40 to 80°C, can be autoclaved, and are prepped for reuse with a 10% bleach wash followed by an ethanol rinse. The mats feature black alphanumeric printing for easy reference and include two types of resealable perforations ("+" and "-"). They are RNase, DNase, and pyrogen free. The package includes sealing mats specifically designed for 96-well plates, ensuring reliable sealing and compliance with laboratory standards. The dimensions and specifications align with standard 96-well plates, and the product comes with a warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal laboratory use.
