The Optiwell™ sealing mats are produced from high quality, chemically resistant silicone designed to provide an airtight and liquid-tight seal. The material resists tearing and wear, minimizing the potential for particulate debris. These mats are compatible with temperatures ranging from -40 to 80°C, can be autoclaved, and are prepared for reuse following a 10% bleach wash with an ethanol rinse. They feature black alphanumeric printing for easy reference and include two types of resealable perforations ("+" and "-"). Additionally, the mats are RNase, DNase, and pyrogen free. They are specifically designed for use with 96 well plates.
