The Optiwell™ sealing mats are produced from high quality, chemically resistant silicone, designed to provide an airtight and liquid-tight seal. The material resists tearing and wear, minimizing the potential for particulate debris. They are compatible with temperatures ranging from -40 to 80°C, can be autoclaved, and are prepped for reuse with a 10% bleach wash followed by an ethanol rinse. The mats feature black alphanumeric printing for easy reference and two types of resealable perforations marked "+" and "-", and are RNase, DNase, and pyrogen free. The kit includes mats compatible with 96-well plates, meeting necessary certifications and compliance standards. The mats have specific dimensions and specifications suitable for laboratory sealing applications. The product comes with a warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
