The OptiWell™ line of deep well plates is compatible with all popular automated research platforms and robotic equipment, making them suitable for bacterial cultures, centrifugation up to 4000xg max RCF, and general sample storage. These plates can be used with silicone sealing mats and various types of sealing film. Manufactured in a class 100,000 cleanroom facility, they comply with ANSI / SLAS 1-2004 standards. While all OptiWell™ plates are autoclavable, several types are also available presterilized by gamma irradiation in accordance with ISO 13485. Each plate is certified RNase/DNase free and non-pyrogenic. The product line offers over 30 plate configurations, featuring U-bottom wells with minimal binding and liquid retention, black printed alpha-numerics for identification, and construction from virgin, medical-grade polypropylene.
