The OptiWell™ line of deep well plates, compatible with all popular automated research platforms and robotic equipment, is designed for bacterial cultures, centrifugation with a maximum relative centrifugal force of 4000xg, and general sample storage. These 96 round well plates feature a U-bottom design, minimal binding and liquid retention, and black printed alpha-numerics for easy identification. Made from virgin, medical-grade polypropylene, they are suitable for use with silicone sealing mats and various types of sealing film. Manufactured in a Class 100,000 cleanroom facility, they comply with ANSI / SLAS 1-2004 standards and are certified RNase/DNase free and non-pyrogenic. All plates are autoclavable, with several types also available presterilized by gamma irradiation in accordance with ISO 13485. The package includes a selection from over 30 plate configurations, promising sterility and consistent performance.
