Caps are made of high density polyethylene (HDPE) providing a soft but complete seal. They can be attached in the first position for aerobic culturing or in the second position for an airtight and liquidtight seal. All tubes and caps are sterilized to SAL 10-6 and are free from RNase, DNase, pyrogens, and cytotoxins. Molded graduations are present on attached cap versions.
