The OptiWell™ line of deep well plates is compatible with all popular automated research platforms and robotic equipment, suitable for bacterial cultures, centrifugation up to 4000xg max RCF, and general sample storage. These plates can be used with silicone sealing mats and various types of sealing film. They are produced in a class 100,000 cleanroom facility and are ANSI / SLAS 1-2004 compliant. All OptiWell™ plates are autoclavable, with several types also available presterilized by gamma irradiation in accordance with ISO 13485. Each plate is certified RNase/DNase free and non-pyrogenic. The kit includes over 30 plate configurations featuring sterile conditions, U-bottom wells, minimal binding and liquid retention properties, black printed alpha-numerics for easy identification, and are made from virgin, medical-grade polypropylene suitable for use with Hamilton systems.
