The OptiWell™ line of deep well plates is compatible with all popular automated research platforms and robotic equipment, suitable for bacterial cultures, centrifugation with a maximum relative centrifugal force (RCF) of 4000xg, and general sample storage. These plates can be used with silicone sealing mats and various types of sealing film. Manufactured in a class 100,000 cleanroom facility, they are ANSI/SLAS 1-2004 compliant. All plates are autoclavable, with several types also available presterilized by gamma irradiation in accordance with ISO 13485. Certified RNase/DNase free and non-pyrogenic, the plates feature over 30 configurations with a U-bottom design, minimal binding and liquid retention, and black printed alpha-numerics. They are made of virgin, medical-grade polypropylene and are compatible for use with Hamilton equipment.
