The "Sinkwire" float switch connection kit is designed for connecting any float switch in wet conditions to prevent water intrusion through the wiring, which is a common cause of float switch failure. Each kit includes two black shrink wrap connectors for "no-connect" wires, two 9mm black shrink wrap tubing pieces for water prevention over SO cord jackets, four 14-16 AWG shrink connectors for single end-to-end connections, and two 10-12 AWG shrink connectors for ground wires, allowing 2:2 or 1:2 connections of larger conductors to smaller connectors.
