The 20V MAX XR® 12 in. double bevel sliding miter saw is designed for precise miter and bevel cuts and is compatible with the entire range of 20V MAX and DeWalt® FlexVolt® batteries, sold separately. This saw features regenerative braking technology for exceptional runtime and efficiency, while the bevel gear transmission minimizes power loss in the system to maximize runtime. It offers the largest cut capacity among 20V MAX miter saws, capable of cutting up to 14 in. horizontally, 6-1/2 in. baseboard standing up, or 6-1/2 in. crown nested, and delivers up to 371 cuts in 3 1/4 in. MDF base molding and up to 153 cuts in pressure-treated 4 in. x 4 in. timber. The integrated wireless tool control system allows vacuum operation with the pull of a trigger, capturing up to 97% of dust to maintain a clean work environment. The saw includes Cutline™ blade positioning for adjustment-free cut line indication, quick bevel adjustments to 22.5° or 33.9° with included bevel pawls, and easy miter and bevel cut adjustments through intuitive touchpoints. Weighing 51.7 lbs, the lightweight design and convenient carry handles enhance portability on the jobsite.
