The 20V MAX XR® 12 in. double bevel sliding miter saw is designed for precise execution of miter and bevel cuts and is compatible with the full range of 20V MAX and DEWALT® FLEXVOLT® batteries (sold separately). It features regenerative braking technology and a bevel gear transmission that maximizes runtime by minimizing power loss. This model offers the largest cut capacity among 20V MAX miter saws, capable of cutting up to 14 in. horizontally, 6-1/2 in. baseboard standing up, or 6-1/2 in. crown nested cut. It can deliver up to 371 cuts in 3 1/4 in. MDF base molding and up to 153 cuts in pressure-treated 4 in. x 4 in. timber. Integrated wireless tool control enables vacuum operation with the pull of a trigger, helping capture up to 97% of dust to maintain a clean work environment. The saw includes the CutLine™ blade positioning system for adjustment-free cut line indication, convenient carry handles, and a lightweight design weighing only 51.7 lbs. Quick bevel adjustments to 22.5° or 33.9° are facilitated by included bevel pawls, with touchpoint controls for easy miter and bevel settings.
