Constructed from fully spot welded galvanneal 18 gauge steel, the cabinet offers corrosion resistance up to 16 times greater than regular steel, ensuring durability against rust and outdoor exposure. It features a slanted roof to divert rain and snow away from the doors, protecting contents from moisture. For mobility and placement on uneven terrain, the cabinet includes 12 gauge steel skids compatible with forklift movement and stable trapezoid legs for support. The doors incorporate patented self-indexing continuous stainless steel hinges for tight, sequential closure from top to bottom, reinforced with a three-point stainless steel self-latching bullet system that provides enhanced heat resistance and fail-safe operation. The U-Loc™ stainless steel paddle latch handle allows for easy door closing without manual rotation and can be secured with a provided double key set or an optional padlock.
