Dynarex® LabChoice disposable base molds are designed for efficient and consistent specimen embedding in laboratories and are made from specially formulated plastic materials to offer optimal thermal exchange. The molds have a smooth interior surface and rounded corners to allow for safe and easy specimen removal without causing damage, and feature raised side walls to minimize the risk of paraffin leakage during embedding. These disposable base molds come in a variety of sizes to fit standard tissue cassettes and embedding rings. They are not made with natural rubber latex and should not be autoclaved. The product includes the base molds for embedding specimens, designed for single use to simplify and streamline the embedding process. Warranty information is provided as per Dynarex standard terms.
