Dynarex® LabChoice disposable base molds are designed for efficient and consistent specimen embedding in laboratories, made from specially formulated plastic materials to offer optimal thermal exchange. The molds have a smooth interior surface and rounded corners that allow for safe and easy specimen removal without causing damage. Raised side walls minimize the risk of paraffin leakage during embedding. These disposable base molds come in a variety of sizes to fit standard tissue cassettes and embedding rings, are not made with natural rubber latex, and should not be autoclaved.
