The ANCRA® folding ratchet binder secures chains tightly to cargo, ensuring stability during transport and is compatible with Grade 70-T80 chain. It features a 3-position pawl with 3 gears for quick adjustments in either direction, and a ratcheting mechanism that prevents shifting. The binder includes a rubber-coated barrel for improved grip and durability, a folding handle with ball detent locks that secure the handle in both up and down positions, and a tamper-proof locking mechanism. This product meets FMCSA, DOT, and CVSA standards and requirements.
