This unit can be used with hot liquids as well as freezer applications. It is constructed from 100% virgin high density polyethylene (HDPE) with one piece molded construction featuring a taper. The pail is FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 (c) 3 1A compliant for contact with food or food ingredients, and its compact and nestable design allows for simple storage.
